1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using the gool111 platform — whether through a web browser, mobile browser, or any other means — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and gool111 (the "Platform", "We", "Us", or "Our").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease all use of gool111. Continued use of the Platform following publication of any amended Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

3 Account Registration & Security

One Account Per Player

Dormant Account Policy

5 Bonus & Promotions Policy

gool111 offers a range of bonuses, promotions, free bets, cashback offers, and tournament prize pools to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general bonus policy set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

Wagering Requirements

Bonuses credited to your gool111 account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The standard wagering requirement for deposit match bonuses is 20x the combined value of the deposit and bonus amount, unless the promotion-specific terms state otherwise. Wagering contributions vary by game category: sports betting contributes 100%, live casino contributes 20%, slots contribute 100%, and Keno contributes 50% toward wagering requirements.

Bonus Eligibility

Welcome bonuses are available to new players making their first qualifying deposit only. 6 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on gool111. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to register more than one account per individual (multi-accounting).

9 Limitation of Liability

gool111 provides the Platform on an "as available" and "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gool111 makes no warranties, representations, or guarantees of any kind — express, implied, or statutory — regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors or interruptions.

Platform Availability

gool111 will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain continuous Platform availability. However, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party network issues, and force majeure events may periodically affect access. gool111 is not liable for any loss — including loss of potential winnings — arising from Platform downtime or interruptions.

Limitation of Financial Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, gool111's total aggregate liability to any individual Player arising from or related to use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their gool111 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Exclusion of Consequential Loss

In no event shall gool111 be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption — arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if gool111 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits gool111's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

10 Account Closure & Suspension

Either you or gool111 may close a Player account at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section.

Voluntary Closure by Player

If you wish to close your gool111 account, you may do so by contacting the customer support team via live chat. Before closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed to your verified payment method. Any active bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited at the time of closure. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Suspension or Closure by gool111

Where gool111 closes an account for reasons other than Terms violations or fraud, any verified withdrawable balance (excluding bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's last verified payment method within 10 business days.

11 Amendments to These Terms

Severability

Language
